Tier 3 Drug Pricing
This program is accepted at over 50,000 participating pharmacies nationwide, including
all the leading national chains! Simply visit a participating pharmacy, present your
membership card and pay the pharmacy directly. You have the potential to save 5%-50%
at most participating pharmacy locations.
How does the tier system work? it's easy!
The plan is based on a listing of the most commonly prescribed medications for both brand and generic
drugs. These medications have been broken into payment tiers of $10, $20 and "negotiated rate"
levels. In each category, you will pay the listed tier price or less, but you will never pay more than the
price listed in each tier. For drugs not listed in tier 1 or tier 2, you will pay our contracted discount price
("negotiated rate") or the pharmacies usual and customary fee, whichever is less.
Tier 1: Drugs at up to a $10.00 maximum cost.*
Tier 2: Drugs at up to a $20.00 maximum cost.*
Tier 3: All other drugs are available for your program at negotiated rates. Your program also
provides additional options to lower your cost on Tier 3 drugs through an independent mail
order service** or free drug program.***

***Free drug programs available for pre-qualified low income families directly through drug manufacturers when and where available.
